In this agreement we agree to host your advertisement on our site in accordance with the terms set out below.
We endeavour to upload adverts placed on our site within 24 hours on working days which are Mon through to Fri between the hours of 7am and 6pm. Adverts placed over the weekend will moderated and uploaded on the next available working day to exclude public holidays.
Contract
You create the advertisement and upload it to our servers for Advertisement. Once this is done payment will be taken from your selected credit or debit card and the advertisement will be posted on to the site.
You must have legal title to sell the vehicle your advert relates to.
Acru Associates will not be party to any contract for sale in relation to any item advertised.
We reserve the right to moderate the advertisement prior to posting on to the site.

Advertisements uploaded must be legal and of a non offensive nature.
Acru Associates reserves the right to cancel any advertisement for any reason.
You shall indemnify us in respect of any claim or loss we may incur as a result of any material placed on the site for you. Also to include infringement of copyright, patent or personal rights.
The Item
You must ensure that your advertisement complies with all laws and regulations in force.
You are responsible for any dealings with interested buyers at all times whether online or off.
You must inform us as soon as the vehicle is sold in order that the site can be kept up to date.
Weekly emails will be sent to you in order that we find out if the vehicle is still for sale. If no response has been received within 7 days the advertisement will be automatically removed to keep the site up to date.
Payment
Payment will be taken immediately before your advert is placed live on the site. Rejected items will not be charged for.
Your card statment will show as A1 Online.
The current price is £24.95 inclusive of VAT per advertisement depending on the package you choose. The advertisement once paid for will run until the item is sold at no extra cost.
Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of all intellectual rights but grant us licence to use or adapt the advertisement and to sub licence for the purpose of the performance of this agreement.
Warranties and Liabilities
We will not be liable for delays to adverts being posted on to the site due to problems beyond our control.
We will not be liable for errors and omissions in placing the advert on the site or in any other document.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you submit to the Jurisdiction of the English courts.
Data Protection
You agree to us using any personal data which you provide to us in this agreement.
All information which you receive from buyers or potential buyers must be treated in accordance with the Data protection act 1984 & 1998. Whichever applies?
Notice to Browsers
All material contained is published on this site in good faith. Under no circumstances shall we accept responsibility for the accuracy of adverts published.
You should make your own enquiries as to the legal position of the seller's rights to sell.
Should you decide to buy from an advert on this site you do so entirely at your own risk. You will have no contractual relationship with us in relation to the sale.
You are advised to check the advert details and any terms of contract before entering into any agreements of any kind with a seller/ buyer.
